Location

Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands chain, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. The island is 6.4 km wide by 9.6 km long. Wherever guests are housed it will only be minutes from the water or one of the many restaurants on the island. The main attractions of the island are the stunning white sand beaches, and also a casual, easy paced, relaxing lifestyle. Nearby airports include Fort Myers (about 82 km), Miami International (164 km), Orlando International (298 km), Orlando Sanford (408 km) and Tampa (448 km).

All homes feature a private swimming pool. The furnishings are of the highest standard and maximum occupancy for all home types is 2 people per bedroom. All are en suite with a shower and bath. Further amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, ironing set as well as a conditioning and central heating. All also come with a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a washing machine.

Key collection and registration will be done at the Island Escapes of SWFL office, located on Marco Island at 678 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, 34145. The emergency telephone number is: 1-239-642-0000. Check-in is at 16:00 h. If guests arrive after normal office hours, directions and keys to the villa will be in the lock box located in front of the office. Please note a USD 300 refundable damage deposit is payable upon check-in.
