Located on the north shore of the Garden Island of Kauai, the resort lies within the Princeville Resort in a 8.9-hectare lush tropical garden property, named after its location on a high cliff overlooking the north Pacific. Hanalei Bay is about a 10-minute drive away, while Wailua River is about 30 minutes away.

Guests will enjoy the quiet privacy and creature comforts of the spacious condominium guest suites, available as 1-, 2- and 4-bedroom suites. Each suite is tastefully decorated and features a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities), 2 private lanais, separate living room and private master bedroom. En suite bathrooms with hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, a washing machine and ironing set also come as standard. Balconies and terraces also feature.

Sport

On-site amenities include 2 tennis courts, a full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball court and 2 shuffleboard courts. An outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs and a putting green with sand trap can also be found on site. Biking is also offered (subject to fees). World famous fairways can be found in the immediate vicinity, with the championship 45-hole Princeville Golf Course located directly beside the hotel.
