There is no air conditioning on the property. It has a lobby and Internet access (subject to fees). Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.
Location
Facing a white sandy beach and nestled in a tropical forest, this beach resort is the perfect island hideaway bounded by golf fairways, sand and the Pacific Ocean. A variety of dining and shopping is located in nearby Lihue town. Scenic Lydgate Park also adjoins the property, with acres and acres of green space plus great recreational equipment for kids. Wailua River is about a 40-minute drive away. Beach and river activities are also offered.
Rooms
The spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom oceanfront condominium suites all offer a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, dishwasher, large private lanai and cable TV. There is no air conditioning but ceiling fans are provided. En suite bathrooms with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, safe and a balcony or terrace all come as standard.
Sport
Guests can snorkel, swim or just soak up the sun on the white sand beach that fronts the resort. A heated outdoor pool and tennis courts also feature.

Notes
The condominium resort provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer. As a result, the property will not be offering daily maid service in lieu of this mid-stay clean. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
