The residence is located in the centre of Beg-Meil, surrounded by restaurants, bars, links to the public transport network and 50 metres from the beach. It is close to the shops, and 3 km from the centre of Fouesnant. Quimper-Cornouaille Airport is just 25 km away.

The apartments come with all comforts and commodities, and feature stylishly decorated interiors including 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 separate bunk beds and 1 sofabed. They are also equipped with a telephone, a balcony, a WC, a bathroom, heating, cable TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. All apartments come with a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a balcony or a terrace.
