The hotel is situated in the beautiful Vanadis Grove which is a green area of Stockholm. It is surrounded by parkland, and is adjacent to the Vanadis Baths which offers the unique experience of outdoor swimming pools and water slides, and all of this is a downtown location. The nearby Radmansgatan metro station is only a 5 minute walk away making the whole of Sweden's capital city within easy reach.

A listed building due its unique curved glass facade, it has been refurbished and reopened as a hotel in 2002 following its use as the locker rooms to the well-known Vanadis Bath.
