The hotel's new conference suite provides over 1,500 sqm of flexible meeting facilities. The hotel offers 16 rooms, of which 11 have the capacity for over 60 people. All the meeting rooms are fitted with the newest and best AV equipment.

*Works will be taking place on the guest rooms, hallway, lobby, conference facilities and public areas until the end of March 2012.Please note that there will be limited access to restaurant facilities during Christmas and New Year at Scandic Copenhagen. Breakfast will be severed between 6.30 and 11.00 every day. The restaurant, lounge bar, lobby bar and room service will be closed. It will be possible to buy sandwich, salads and beverages at the Shop. On the 31st December, it will be possible to enjoy a drink in the Lounge bar between 13.00 and 19.00.
