Overview

This is an impressive landmark hotel in a great location ideal for discerning groups or individual clients. Fleischer’s hotel is rich in tradition. Built in 1889 in the then popular Swiss style, the hotel quickly became popular with well-to-do tourists around the turn of the 19th century.

This hotel which is located just outside the centre of Voss and within walking distance of the station overlooks the beautiful lake Vangsvatnet.

The rooms vary a little in shape, size and style depending upon which part of the hotel they are located, but in general they are medium sized and they are all in very good condition. Style-wise they are decorated in differing interpretations of Norwegian/English country house style with floral patterned soft furnishings and attractive reproduction furniture.
