Grosvenor House is on the doorstep of the main campus of De Montfort University. Set in a prime location, the hall

is situated between the campus and the city centre, where you will find many bars, shops and other entertainment

facilities all within a five minute walk.

Rooms

Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other rooms in the apartment (Between 3-6 rooms depending on size of apartment).

Restaurant

There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in.

This is a large purpose built modern apartment complex which opened only a couple of years ago.
