Named after Queen Victoria, London’s Victoria district is an upmarket hotbed of entertainment and culture. Centred around the large Victoria Station, a major train and bus terminal that serves close to 80 million passengers a year, the district has seen massive re-development along with the addition of trendy bars, shops, restaurants and offices. Two of London’s premier musical theatres are located here, attracting plenty of visitors to both matinees and evening performances. The famous Pacha nightclub in Victoria draws late-night clubbers from all over the capital.
